As you prepare for finals week we wanted to provide some information that may be of help with our online learning system.
First, if you experience any slowness in the system while taking your tests, please be patient in waiting for Learn to respond. Closing your browser and trying again will increase the time required to take your test and may require you to contact your instructor to reset your test.
Second, visit and bookmark this blog (http://learn4unts.blogspot.com/) where you will find the latest information about the online learning system at UNT. We created this avenue for information after listening to feedback from both the students and professors who felt that additional communication directly with the student body would help everyone keep abreast potential Learn problems and our efforts to resolve them.
Finally, we encourage you to contact your Help Desk if you have any questions or experience any problems while taking your online exams. More information, including system status, can be found on the UNT Help Desk and HSC Help Desk sites.
This blog provides technical updates on the Blackboard Learn System used on the campuses of the UNT System. Information will be posted here on current issues, resolved issues, upcoming maintenance, and other information regarding the Learn system. Please contact your local helpdesk with additional questions about this service.
