Currently we are aware of an issue affecting Comcast customers that is restricting their access to UNT sites, which includes the Learn system. Comcast is aware of the issue and is working on a corrective action.

Learn Slow Response Times (2/5/2013)
Yesterday for approximately one hour between 12 pm and 1 pm, the Learn system experienced issues on its application nodes that resulted in slow response times for webpage requests. DLS has identified the issue as part of an ongoing support request we have with Blackboard support and is working on a permanent resolution.
